2. Scope and Acceptance of the Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made between ZEF (ZIYA SHARI) and any individual or entity purchasing through the Site.
By placing an order, the Client acknowledges full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms.
ZIYA SHARI reserves the right to modify them at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.

3. Products

Each ZIYA SHARI creation is handcrafted in our atelier on the French Riviera.
Descriptions, photographs, and prices are presented in good faith.
Slight variations in color, texture, or details may occur due to the artisanal process.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.
Prices exclude delivery fees unless otherwise specified.

Accepted payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other secure payment gateways displayed at checkout.
Orders are processed only after full payment authorization.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery zones: Worldwide
Logistics partner: FedEx

Shipping Fees

  • France & Monaco: €15

  • Europe: €25

  • Outside Europe: €39 — includes all duties, VAT, and customs clearance. ZIYA SHARI covers any additional border expenses to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
    Shipping is complimentary on orders above €600 within Europe and Monaco.

Delivery Times

  • Ready-to-Wear: 2–5 business days (Europe) / 3–7 business days (worldwide)

  • Made-to-Order: crafted individually and dispatched within 10–14 business days after confirmation

A tracking number is provided once your order ships.

Delays & Responsibility

While we strive for timely delivery, ZIYA SHARI cannot be held responsible for delays or loss once the parcel has been collected and scanned by the carrier.
Ownership and risk transfer to the Client upon delivery to the carrier.

In rare cases, customs procedures may cause additional delays beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

Each ZIYA SHARI creation is crafted with care and precision in our atelier.
To preserve our craftsmanship and exclusivity, please respect the following conditions:

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in pristine condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging (including the signature box).

  • Garments showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted or refunded.

  • Refunds are issued to the original method of payment after inspection.

  • Returns made after 14 days may be eligible for a store credit at our discretion.

  • Made-to-Order and Limited-Edition pieces are final sales and not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Warranty & Liability

ZIYA SHARI products are subject to the legal guarantees of conformity (Articles L217-4 to L217-14 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code).
Our liability is limited to the price of the product purchased.
ZIYA SHARI shall not be held responsible for indirect damages, loss of profit, or misuse by the client.

8. Force Majeure

ZIYA SHARI cannot be held liable for any failure or delay due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, war, supply shortages, or communication failures.
In such cases, obligations will be suspended until normal operations resume.

9. Intellectual Property

All designs, photographs, logos, texts, and elements of the Site are the exclusive property of ZEF / ZIYA SHARI.
Any reproduction or use without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

10. Personal Data & Cookies

Personal data collected are processed in accordance with the EU GDPR (2016/679).
They are used solely to process orders and manage client relations.
Clients have the right to access, rectify, and delete their data by writing to info@ziyashari.com.
Use of the Site implies acceptance of cookies necessary for its operation.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law.
Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Grasse, France, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.
