Shipping and Delivery

Each ZIYA SHARI creation is prepared with the utmost care in our atelier on the French Riviera.
Once your order is complete, it is beautifully packaged and entrusted to our secure logistics partners for express worldwide delivery.

Order Processing

We handle your order within 24 to 48 hours and do our best to deliver your garment as soon as possible.
Once dispatched, your order will arrive within 2 to 5 business days within Europe and 3 et 7 business days for international destinations.
If you require a faster delivery service, please contact us directly and our client care team will gladly assist you.

Shipping Fees

• France & Monaco: €15
• Europe: €25
• Outside Europe: €39 - this fee includes all duties, VAT, and customs clearance. ZIYA SHARI covers any additional border expenses to ensure a seamless delivery experience.
Shipping is complimentary on orders above €600 within Europe and Monaco.

Delivery Times

• Ready-to-wear pieces: 2 to 5 business days within Europe, 3 to 7 business days worldwide
• Made-to-Order pieces: individually created for client and dispatched within 10 to 14 business days after confirmation.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.

Delays & Responsibility

While we always aim to ensure timely delivery, once your parcel has been collected and scanned by our logistics partner, ZIYA SHARI cannot be held responsible for delivery delays, lost packages, or any issues occurring in transit.
