Return Policy

At ZIYA SHARI, each piece is crafted with care and attention to detail. To ensure the highest standards of quality for all our clients, we kindly ask you to respect the following return conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all labels and tags attached.
  • Garments showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage cannot be accepted and will not be reimbursed.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Policy for Made-to-Order and Custom Pieces

  • Made-to-Order and custom pieces are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • The full payment must be made at the time of order.
  • For custom creations, clients are required to attend fittings and meetings at our atelier in Nice.
  • Due to the unique and personalized nature of these pieces, no refunds or exchanges are possible.


Made-to-Order Policy

Our Made-to-Order pieces are created individually and produced exclusively upon request for each client in our atelier on the French Riviera. Each garment reflects the time, care, and savoir-faire devoted solely to you, making it a truly unique creation.

As these pieces are produced on demand, they are considered final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Production takes approximately 10–14 days after we receive the order, to which the shipping time is added. We kindly encourage you to review sizing, fit, and customization details carefully before placing your order.

Custom Garments

For clients seeking a more personal expression, we offer the possibility to customize selected garments. These bespoke adjustments are available by private appointment at our atelier on the French Riviera, where our team will be delighted to guide you through the possibilities.

Each customization is conceived in dialogue with our artisans, ensuring that every detail reflects your individuality while preserving the integrity of the design.
