Made-to-Order pieces are created exclusively for you once your order is placed. Please allow 10–14 days for production, plus delivery time.

No. For international orders, all taxes and import duties are covered by us. Your purchase will arrive seamlessly, with no additional fees upon delivery.

Within Europe, please allow 2–5 business days after dispatch. For international orders, delivery may take 5–10 business days, depending on location.

You may return unworn ready-to-ship pieces within 14 days of delivery.
Made-to-Order and customized creations are final sales, as they are crafted individually for each client.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation by email with tracking details to follow your delivery in real time.
